I grew up in the small town of Lower Lake, California, where my family owned and operated a working farm. From a young age, I learned the importance of hard work, adaptability, and dedication. Working on the farm meant learning how to handle whatever came your way — fixing equipment, managing operations, and getting the job done no matter the challenge.

After leaving the farm, I began my career in the construction industry, where I’ve spent over 10 years gaining hands-on experience in a variety of heavy civil and site work projects. During that time, I was a member of the Operators Union, where I had the opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals, mastering the operation of heavy equipment and learning the importance of safety, precision, and teamwork on every jobsite.

Those experiences built the foundation for what RD Enterprises LLC stands for today — a company grounded in hard work, craftsmanship, and integrity. We bring the same level of pride and dedication to every project, no matter the size or scope.
